Terms and Conditions

By using this website you are agreeing to all our terms and conditions, including our cookie policy.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch all In Stock Orders within 24 hours, with all orders made before 1pm dispatched same day, (subject to cleared payment) Weekends and Bank Holidays excluded.

Economy UK Service, 3-5 working days

You will be emailed once your item has been dispatched, letting you know which postal service your item has been sent with, and any tracking information you might need.

You should receive your order within 3-5 working days after dispatch, But may take longer during Special Events such as Bank and National Holiday, and at peak season times, such as Christmas

For Small or Light items, we will normally use Royal Mail 2nd Class service. We may upgrade this service to a "Signed For" service if the value of the goods is over £25.00, and you will be sent any relevant tracking information in your dispatch email. This upgrade will be free of charge.

Most orders, including Larger and Heavier items will be sent using a courier, which will normally require a signature.

Standard UK Delivery, 1-2 working days:

European Delivery

Delivery to Channel Islands, Republic of Ireland, Belgium, France, Germany, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland.

Prices start at £4.95.

Small/light orders will be sent via Royal Mail, and larger/heavier orders will be sent via courier.

You will be notified of the carrier and any tracking information that is available

Once dispatched, orders can take between 7-14 working days.

Please note: some items are unavailable for international delivery. These items will be marked as not available for international delivery on the item page.

Prices and VAT:

As we are not VAT registered, all prices shown are the full price that you pay, (no VAT is added at the checkout stage).

All prices are correct at the time of publication. We reserve the right to alter these prices at any time.

Out of Stock Items:

If you order an out of stock item, we will endeavour to have it in stock, and dispatched to you within 7 days, with 95% of items being back in stock within 2 full working days. We will notify you promptly if it will take longer than 7 days.

Links:

Our website does contain links to external sites, which are maintained by ‘third parties’ and therefore we cannot accept responsibility for any information you find there, whether or not this should you result in any loss or damage. We have no control over these links or content.

Free Gifts/Promotions

We reserve the right to amend, change or cancel any promotion or free gifts offered, at any time, without notice. When returning items, any free products supplied as part of the product purchase must be returned with the product, otherwise we will deduct the full list price of the missing items from any refund.

Right to cancel:

All orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch and customers will receive a full refund.

All UK and EU customers have the right to cancel orders and return dispatched goods within 14 days of receipt, in unused, and unopened condition.

This right does not apply to other countries.

We reserve to right to cancel any orders, or part orders, for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to incorrect Delivery choice being selected, and restricted International items. We will in every instance, notify you, the customer, as soon as there is a problem, which results in our cancelling all or part of an order.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 working days of receipt. Please Contact Us directly within 14 days, before posting any returns, and enclose a covering, explanatory letter.

Any returns must be unused, unopened, and in a re-saleable condition with any tags etc. still attached. Customised items are not refundable.

Please make sure that the returned items as carefully wrapped, ideally reusing the packaging material which we sent the items to you in. Items received damaged, (including but not exclusively due to poor packaging on return), used or unsellable will result in a deduction from the refund amount, up to 100% of the refund.

Any free products supplied as part of the product purchase must be returned with the product, otherwise we may deduct the full list price of the missing 'free' items from any refund.

Once we have received your item, we will then arrange to either refund you using the original payment method, issue a credit notice or exchange the items, as long as the returned goods are unused and in a saleable condition. We will issue your refund within 30 days of receiving the items back. Please note, that we do not refund original postage costs if we are refunding a partial order.

Any returns are at your own cost. We recommend a signed for or tracked service, and if using Royal Mail, remember to request a "Certificate of Postage" when you pay for your postage at a Post office.

We only reimburse postage on faulty items, when using a pre-agreed postage service.

Faulty Items

In the very unlikely event that an item is faulty or prematurely fails despite proper care to the item, please contact us, and then we will ask you to return the item. You will receive a full refund, once the item has been fully inspected and found to be faulty. This may mean us returning the item to the manufacturer. In this case you will be contacted to let you know of the delay, and payment will be refunded once the item/s has been inspected and found to be faulty.

If the item is NOT found to be faulty, you will not receive a full refund, and should you wish to have the item returned to you, we will require you to pay postage costs for the item/s.

We make every effort to make sure that your items arrive to you in the best condition possible. We do however take no responsibly for any injury or illness to any person or animal, when using any product sold on this site. Please make sure you read/follow any instructions on any packaging. We also accept no responsibility for any products which have failed prematurely due to neglect, misuse or misapplication, modification or incorrect care.
